Amanda Goers

Amanda Goers is an experienced Sales and Team Management executive applying her expertise on several Cypress Ascendant consumer-focused portfolio companies.  She is the President of Sunshine Beverages, LLC leading the company in a vibrant rebrand and reformulation launch with a newly built team.  She is the co-founder of PayBack Provisions, Inc and Plant Slant, LLC which will be launching in 2024. 

Prior, Goers was recruited by President of ProBar and led the sales team in selling in and executing a full rebrand across all channels which facilitated distribution wins such as Kroger, Albertsons, Costco, Google, Publix & TJX while expanding into places such as Amazon, REI, DOT and CVS.  Previous to that, she was the only executive retained when NY-based venture capital firm brought in CEO to revive dying brand - Two Moms in the Raw. She developed and implemented customer-based analytical tools for supporting strategic company planning and rebranding and successfully retained 96% of doors while transitioning all customers to new brand, Soul Sprout.  Three years before, she simultaneously created, built and managed Kosher DSD in Los Angeles servicing accounts like:  Sprouts, Whole Foods Market and Gelson’s while being the sole executive for Nature’s Intent LLC, creating organic products designed for Costco.  Product and packaging sourcing, product development, design of packaging and pallets and P&L management were the key areas of focus.  Her initial introduction to the Natural Food Industry was with Immaculate Baking, in which she was the final team member chosen by new CEO post Round 1 funding.  Goers won new business including: Target, Kroger, SuperValu, Wegman’s, United Airlines and The Fresh Market.  She was retained by General Mills after successful acquisition.  She had sole responsibility for all Immaculate sales and customer integration into General Mills mainstream business.
