James Langley

James’s career in commercial real estate started at Grubb & Ellis, where he specialized in Retail leasing, Investment, and Land Investment. After spending a couple of years at Grubb & Ellis, an opportunity arose at Studley where he made a transition into office leasing exclusively for Tenants. For the past year he has been working directly with Ben Schwartz who is known as one of the most educated office leasing brokers in San Diego. Recently they decided to open their own firm called Schwartz Commercial Realty where we specialize in the lease negotiation of real estate space for Tenants.
